工银瑞信基金管理有限公司是由中国工商银行和瑞士信贷合资设立的基金管理公司，成立于2005年6月。

公司拥有公募基金、QDII、企业年金、特定资产管理和全国社保基金投资管理人等多项业务资格，累计为逾800万公募基金客户和多个年金、专户客户提供资产管理服务。截至2014年12月31日，旗下管理50只公募基金和数十个年金、专户组合，资产管理规模6000亿元。

为满足广大客户跨境投资需求，公司于2011年发起设立了全资香港子公司—工银瑞信资产管理（国际）有限公司，该公司具有香港证监会颁发的第4类（就证券提供意见）和第9类（提供资产管理）牌照。2012年7月，工银瑞信成为全国社保基金境外配售投资产品管理人。2012年8月，工银瑞信（国际）获得了中国证监会批准的人民币合格境外机构投资者（RQFII)资格，为进一步发行RQFII产品、拓展海外业务奠定了基础。

公司于2012年11月在业内首批设立全资子公司——工银瑞信投资管理有限公司，开展特定客户资产管理业务。至此，公司已成为国内业务资格最为全面的基金公司之一，能够为广大投资人提供更为灵活丰富的财富管理工具和理财解决方案。

ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management Co., Ltd.(“ICBCCS”) is a fund management company established jointly by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Credit Suisse, in June 2005.

Since the Company was founded, it has upheld the mission of “Providing Excellent Wealth Management Services for Clients with Prudent Investment”. With its strong shareholder support, prudent management philosophy, scientific investment process, robust risk control system and experienced management team, the Company commits to providing first-class investment management services to investors in a professional and regulated manner that lives up to international standards.

ICBCCS acquired business qualifications for managing mutual funds, QDII, Enterprise Annuity (corporate pension), Separately Managed Account (SMA) and National Social Security Fund. Also by the end of 2014, the company has provided asset management services to over 8 million mutual fund clients and multiple pension and SMA clients with products covering over 50 mutual funds as well as dozens of pension and SMA portfolios. Today the total asset under management is near RMB 600 billion.

ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management (International) Company Limited (“ICBCCSI”) is the Company’s wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary company that was set up in 2011. ICBCCSI is licensed to carry on Type 4 and Type 9 activities, providing overseas investment products and services. Since July 2012, ICBCCS was awarded a mandate by the Social Security Fund to invest in offshore IPOs and placements. In August 2012, ICBCCSI received the RQFII qualification approved by the CSRC, and therefore was permitted to launch RQFII products and further expand overseas business.

The Company is among the first batch in the industry to set up its wholly owned subsidiary, ICBCCS Investment Management Co. Ltd., in November, 2012, to carry out SMA business. And thus the Company has become one of the domestic fund companies with the most comprehensive business qualification. Therefore, the Company is well capable of providing investors with more flexible wealth management instrument and solutions.

Adhering to the “people-oriented” approach, the Company has attracted talent from home and abroad and has built a credible, diligent, and cohesive professional team. Company has near 400 staff members who are 32 years old on average and more than 70% of the staff have master’s degree or above. 一、互联网金融部  直销柜台复核助理
1、负责直销柜台人员岗位的配置和管理，负责审核直销柜台的各项业务，确保业务数据的正确性；
2、负责直销系统功能的优化，提出直销系统功能改造需求、组织安排业务测试等；
3、负责直销柜台业务制度的完善和更新，客户资料的保管和存档等工作；
4、配合公司内部合规检查，外部监管部门、审计、反洗钱检查等工作。
二、战略客户部  销售助理经理
1、协助根据市场状况、客户需求及产品特点，制订直销方案并实施；
2、协助根据公司的销售计划，完成销售任务；
3、协助开发新的共同基金机构客户和专户客户；
4、协助原有机构客户的维护与持续开发，通过各种形式保持并加深与客户的关系。
三、产品管理部 产品助理经理
1、负责跟踪基金行业发展及政策变化，研究行业发展动态；
2、收集整理相关资料，进行数据统计分析，撰写行业研究报告；
3、为产品开发工作提供支持，负责各类产品材料制作、报送及备案等工作；
4、负责部门的公文报送、用印申请、会议通知等综合事务。
四、战略发展部 战略研究助理经理
1、负责跟踪、分析行业和政策动态，协助制作“战略发展部每日政策动态”；
2、密切跟踪资产管理行业各类信息，全面研究行业发展趋势，总结和撰写有关行业发展研究报告；
3、参与公司重要战略项目，并提供相关研究支持工作；
4、协助开展经营分析、战略管理等相关工作。
五、        法律合规部 法律合规助理经理
1、信息披露：持续更新、完善公司信息披露相关制度，牵头相关基金招募说明书的更新并对外披露；审核公司的各类信息披露文件并对外披露。
2、牵头公司的反洗钱工作，持续更新公司反洗钱相关制度，进行日常可疑交易报告，按监管部门要求提交反洗钱工作计划及反洗钱工作报告，在公司内部开展反洗钱合规培训，配合反洗钱相关的检查及审计工作。
3、        跟踪行业法律法规的变化，进行解读并及时对业务部门进行提示。
六、信息科技部 系统开发助理经理
1、负责协助需求分析师进行客户需求的调研、整理和分析，形成需求分析文档；
2、根据项目经理的安排，遵循公司开发编码规范和版本管理规范，依据开发设计文档，及时完成系统开发编码工作和开发成果交付；
3、完成开发成果的转移和实施上线；
4、部门和领导安排的其他工作。


二、任职要求

1、经济、金融、财务、法律、数学、IT等相关专业；
2、具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作能力；
3、具备较强的学习能力和统计分析能力；
4、具备基金从业资格者优先；
5、通过CFA、CPA等考试者优先。
